CSR

MDC Group is a strong advocate of community service in Myanmar. It played an active role during the Cyclone Nargis national relief efforts by delivering much-needed foodstuff to the disaster areas. It also built and donated schools and orphanages in the aftermath of Cyclone Nargis.

Since 2008, MDC’s Sight-Saving Project has benefited more than 40,000 people. The program provides free eye-related treatments such as cataract surgery, eye glasses and medical check-ups.
